How we build a terrace that lasts

Durability is built into the layers you can't see after handover. Here's what's under the decking:

    Base

    We level and compact the ground, set the supports and build in a slope so water drains away instead of pooling under the deck.

    Why it matters: Without this, a terrace sinks and starts to flex within a season.

  2. 2

    Waterproofing and drainage

    We protect the base and frame from moisture; by a pool we plan how water drains off the edge.

    Why it matters: Moisture is any terrace's main enemy. We deal with it before it can start damaging the structure.

    Frame

    We install the joists at the spacing the chosen decking needs and fix them to a level, rigid base.

    Why it matters: Correct joist spacing means a flat floor with no sagging or creaking.

    Decking

    We lay WPC or thermowood with expansion gaps and hidden fixings.

    Why it matters: The gaps let boards move in heat and frost — no buckling, no cracks.

FAQ

How much does a terrace or pool cost?

It depends on the area, material (WPC, thermowood, concrete, composite), equipment and site conditions. Send the dimensions or a photo on WhatsApp and we'll give you a price range. The exact amount is fixed in the estimate after the site visit and doesn't change during the work.

How long does construction take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. We give you the timeline after the site visit and write it into the contract — it's our commitment, not a rough guess.

What warranty do you give?

An official warranty on the work and materials, including the watertightness of the pool bowl. The warranty period and terms are set out in the contract.

Do you work in my city?

Yes, we work across Kazakhstan: we visit and build in any region. We'll confirm travel terms for your city on WhatsApp.

Will there be extra charges along the way?

No. The estimate is fixed in the contract before work starts. If you decide to add something yourself, we agree it in writing first.

WPC or thermowood for a terrace?

WPC (wood-plastic composite) needs almost no maintenance and handles moisture well — a good choice by a pool. Thermowood looks like natural wood but needs periodic oiling. We'll help you choose during the consultation.
